Consign your bag
Have a designer bag you’re ready to let go of? I make the process easy — from pricing and authentication to presentation and selling.
HOW IT WORKS
Send photos + details of the bag you’d like to consign.
If it looks like a good fit, I’ll review the market and recommend a selling price. Pricing will be confirmed with you before the bag is offered for sale.
Every designer bag is third-party authenticated before being sold.
I handle the selling and you receive 50% of the final selling price.
Most consigned bags are sold in person at Vintage Satisfaction pop-ups around the Bay Area, with select pieces also offered online.
CONSIGNMENT SPLIT
50/50 split
You receive 50% of the final selling price when your bag sells.
Online asking prices may be higher than in-person pricing to account for online selling costs. Your payout is based on the actual final selling price of the bag, excluding sales tax and shipping.
PRICING + OFFERS
Consigned bags are not automatically marked down based on time.
I may accept a reasonable offer up to 10% below the agreed selling price without checking back with you first. Any larger discount will be discussed with you before the bag is sold.
CONSIGNMENT PERIOD
The standard consignment period is 180 days.
If your bag has not sold by then, we can decide together whether to continue consigning it, adjust the price or return it to you.
PAYOUTS
Once your bag sells and payment has cleared, your payout will be available.
For online sales, payout may be held until any applicable return or transaction period has passed.
Payment can be made by an agreed electronic payment method.
SHIPPING + LOCAL CONSIGNMENT
Bay Area: Local drop-off or pickup may be available by arrangement.
United States: Bags may also be mailed in after approval. Contact me first for shipping instructions.
AUTHENTICITY
Every designer bag is third-party authenticated before being offered for sale.
If a bag cannot be verified as authentic, it will not be sold and will be returned to you.
