HOW SIZING WORKS
International, designer and vintage sizing can vary by brand, style and era, so the size on the tag is only part of the story.
For vintage clothing, Vintage Satisfaction provides a recommended modern size based on the garment's actual measurements. Measurements are taken with the garment laid flat.
For the best fit, compare the measurements in the listing with a similar piece you already own that fits you well.

- Bust: measured straight across from underarm to underarm
- Waist: measured straight across the natural waist
- Hips: measured straight across the widest part
- Shoulders: measured seam to seam across the back
- Sleeve: measured from shoulder seam to cuff
- Rise: measured from the crotch seam to the top of the waistband
- Inseam: measured from crotch seam to hem
- Length: measured from the highest shoulder point or waistband to hem, depending on the garment
