- Free standard shipping is provided via USPS Ground Advantage or another comparable tracked service
- Higher-value orders may be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, UPS, or another insured service
- Signature confirmation may be required for higher-value purchases
- Tracking information will be provided once your order ships

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping is available to select destinations at calculated rates.
Shipping cost and available carriers vary based on destination, package size, weight, and value. Orders may be shipped via USPS, UPS, DHL, or another appropriate carrier.

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, or brokerage charges imposed by the destination country.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
Once a package has been accepted by the carrier, delivery issues may need to be handled through the carrier’s tracking or claims process. If you experience an issue, please contact Vintage Satisfaction and we will assist where possible.
