Free Shipping
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via USPS. Shipments take between 1-7 business days. More Information
Once your order is shipped you'll be notified and given your tracking order number.
We ship internationally. For items under $400 we ship via USPS which takes between 7-21 days. For items purchased over $400 we ship either Priority USPS, DHL or UPS. All items shipped are provided with a tracking number. More Information
For items over $750 we ask for signature confirmation upon delivery.

Exchanges / Return Policy
If you are considering an item and you have additional questions, please chat with us on our website, email info(at)parallelluxury.com or reach out to us on IG @parallel.luxury. We are happy to assist with any questions or provide additional images.
We want you to love your purchase. You have 3 days from the date you received your order to request an exchange or return, just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process. You are responsible for return shipping and items must be returned in the condition they were received in. Exchanges and returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you. There is no added cost to exchange your purchase, although if you’re based outside the US, taxes and duties are applicable.
We're happy to help on a client by client basis, we'll walk you though this process and ensure you find something you're happy with. If your new purchase is less than the item you are exchanging, you will be refunded the difference.
Refunds will be applied back to your original payment method. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

US/International - You are welcome to mail your items for consignment, please contact us for additional details before mailing - info(at)parallelluxury.com
50/50 split - Item priced under $500
60/40 split - Item priced at $500 and over (60% to consignor)
Once an item of yours has sold, payouts are at your request. Funds can be electronically transferred or a check can be mailed to you. You are also welcome to use your consignment funds towards a new purchase.
