A rare vintage Bottega Veneta tote from the early 2000s, woven in pink ponyhair with tonal fabric ribbons for a textured, almost plaid effect. The mix of ponyhair, satin-like woven strips and leather trim gives the signature intrecciato construction a much more dimensional look than the house’s classic smooth leather bags.
The slim rectangular shape and long shoulder straps keep it easy to wear, while the unusual material combination makes this one of the more distinctive vintage Bottega pieces I’ve found.
